Hosting a meeting room

Letting people in

Guests request access from the pre-join screen. As host, you'll see pending requests on the side panel and can approve or reject each one.

Share your screen

Click the screen share button in the control bar. MobiNow automatically switches to a focus + carousel layout so the shared content stays primary.

End vs leave

Leaving closes your own connection but keeps the room live for other participants. Ending the room disconnects everyone — use it once the meeting is over.
